Warranty
All the products sold in our store are parallel imports of genuine original goods, offered at highly discounted prices. They are not covered by the official brand warranty terms.
Except for Garmin products, all Garmin products sold in our store are licensed. After purchase, you can directly go to the agent's website to register for maintenance.
If there are any issues with the products due to original manufacturing defects (excluding damage caused by human factors), we provide a 'replacement for faulty items' service.
The deadline for exchanging goods for self-pickup orders is 3 days. For local delivery orders (counted from the date of purchase), the deadline for exchanging goods is 7 days.
If customer chooses delivery service, please be consider all the risk
which may arise. We can only guarantee our products are packed in good
condition before delivery. ETopia Global shall not be liable for any loss or damage during the delivery by the third party logistic service.
Shipping Method
1. In-store pick-up
Once the order is ready, you will be informed via email or message to come to our store to pick up the goods.

Office hours: 10:00 to 19:00 Monday, to Friday (Except Public Holidays)
2. Local delivery
SF Express will be used for local delivery. Freight will be paid altogether during checkout ($30 up).
Once the order is being shipped, you will be informed via email or message for the parcel tracking number.
3. Overseas delivery
DHL will be used for overseas delivery. Freight will be paid altogether during checkout.
